Diary entry on the Ring of Power by Sabine Lichtenfels from 22.01.2024

We had the card last week – in our little tarot book “Tamera’s Stone Circle” you will find the words of Albert Einstein at Stein Der Denker: “The thinking of the future must make wars impossible. What words. Do you know who thinks when you think? Do you perceive the source of your thoughts?
“The power of thought is as elementary as breathing. It has been forbidden and suppressed for many centuries. Only a few take the risk of thinking for themselves. What is true? What is just? Socrates so annoyed the Athenians 2500 years ago with his persistent questions that they sentenced him to death. Socrates only wanted one thing: to find the truth. His famous sentence: “I know that I know nothing” went down in history. He became famous for always having the courage to keep asking questions.”
Personally, this card has helped me a lot in the last week.
When we think with an open heart, we receive a different reality.
Thinking is in the service of love and life and should help us to manifest our intentions.

I have had a lot of conversations this week. 20 March is the day and night equinox. 22 March is World Water Day, a good opportunity to make our voice for life and the matrix of peace visible! The suggestions that we have received in response to the meditation on 22 December give us the courage and strength to continue. In moments when there were waves of emotional doubt, I was able to stay focussed on our goal with the help of thinking. In addition to the Ring of Power on Monday mornings, we have introduced a communal morning meditation on Fridays at 7.30am where we sit by our altar fire and focus on ending the war. It’s a powerful way of not withdrawing from the pain and yet staying focussed together on the power of peace.

And finally, finally – the cards from the stone circle book have arrived!
