A matinee by Barbara Kovats
In this audio contribution, we invite you to listen to a matinee by Barbara Kovats on the subject of so-called farm animals today. The speech was held in German and translated into English by Jan Bargen.
In her Sunday address at the Tamera Healing Biotope, she describes with moving clarity two realities in contact with the animal world: a reality of cruelty and unimaginable suffering and, at the same time, a reality of beauty, cooperation and abundance.
Based on her own experiences, she leads us into a non-violent animal protection campaign in which the participants witnessed an animal transport to Israel, where several thousand cows, calves and sheep, and sometimes chickens, are regularly shipped. In prayer and meditation, the group connected with the souls of the tortured creatures. The intention was to spiritually transmit compassion, light and love to the animals.
They experienced the reality of unconditional cooperation during a visit to a Hare Krishna community that rescues cows and enables them to live a happy life.
